What are the opening hours?

The opening hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

When can children start at Waikiki Play School and is there any age cut-off?

Children can start if they turn 3 years of age (earlier from 2 1/2 if they are physically and mentally ready) on first day of attending Play School, up to 5 years of age.  No, no age cut-off date as apply.

Can parents claim Child Care Benefit?

Yes, as Waikiki Play School is registered as licenced child care provider rather than ‘school’.  Parents/carer will be able to claim the partial cost of attendance.
